With over 31 years of extensive experience in architecture, project management, and executive leadership, I have successfully directed high-profile construction, fit-out, and engineering projects across the Gulf region. As the Head of Fit-Out - Project Director at Al Darwish Engineering, I led the New College of Engineering at Qatar University, overseeing a workforce of 170 staff and over 2,000 workers, integrating the latest innovative technology systems to deliver cutting-edge infrastructure. My portfolio also includes the Yas Hotel project, where I ensured timely completion, despite the challenging environment, with all standard bathroom fit-out works completed before the concrete structures.

I specialize in delivering high-quality projects, such as the Amiri Diwan Annex and the IPIC Tower, where I managed the fit-out of 5-7 star directors' offices, balancing modern and classic styles. In addition, I led the fit-out of 644 luxury apartments in Tiara Residence, coordinating 2,400 workers to meet deadlines and staying within budget, all while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
