Terms Suitable for All Types of Transport

1. EXW (Ex Works)
   The seller provides the goods at their premises; the buyer handles all transport costs and risks from that point onward.

2. FCA (Free Carrier)
   The seller delivers the goods to the carrier at a specified location; the buyer takes over risks and costs from there.

يسلم البائع البضاعة للناقل في موقع محدد ويتحمل المشتري التكاليف والمخاطر من تلك النقطة.

3. CPT (Carriage Paid To)
   The seller pays for transport to the destination; however, the buyer assumes risk once the goods reach the first carrier.

يدفع البائع تكاليف الشحن حتىجهة محددة ويتحمل المشتري المخاطر عند تسليم البضاعة للناقل الأول.

4. CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid to)
   Similar to CPT, but the seller also insures the goods up to the destination.

البائع يتحمل تكلفة التأمين حتى وصول البضاعة للوجهة.

5. DAP (Delivered at Place)
   The seller covers all costs and risks to the agreed location; the buyer is responsible for import duties.

يتحمل البائع التكاليف والمخاطر حتى وصول البضاعة للمكان المتفق عليه، بينما المشتري يدفع الرسوم الجمركية.

6. DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded)
   The seller is responsible for delivery and unloading at the destination; the buyer assumes responsibility afterward.

 يتحمل البائع تكاليف الشحن والتفريغ عند الوصول، بينما يتحمل المشتري التكاليف والمخاطر بعد التفريغ.

7. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
   The seller handles all costs, including import duties, until goods are delivered to the buyer’s location.

 يتحمل البائع جميع التكاليف، بما فيها الرسوم الجمركية، حتى وصول البضاعة إلى موقع المشتري.

8. FAS (Free Alongside Ship)
   The seller places goods alongside the ship at the port; the buyer assumes costs and risks from that point.

9. FOB (Free on Board)

10. CFR (Cost and Freight)

11. CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)
    The seller covers transport and insurance to the destination port, with risk passing to the buyer upon loading.

يتحمل البائع تكاليف الشحن والتأمين حتى ميناء الوجهة، بينما يتحمل المشتري المخاطر بعد تحميل البضاعة.
