Masraf Al Rayan Headquarters is one of
Qatar’s landmark corporate developments, designed to serve as the new
headquarters for one of the country’s leading Islamic banks. The project

Project Overview
The project comprises a premium Core
& Shell office building consisting of four basement levels, a ground floor,
eight upper floors, and a rooftop plant level.
The building incorporates an
impressive central atrium extending from the ground floor to the roof beneath a
large skylight, creating a spacious interior environment filled with natural
daylight. Premium public areas, executive entrances, VIP drop-off zones,
high-quality finishes, and advanced building systems establish the headquarters
as one of Qatar's flagship commercial developments.
