The project comprises a premium Core
& Shell office building consisting of four basement levels, a ground floor,
eight upper floors, and a rooftop plant level.
The building incorporates an
impressive central atrium extending from the ground floor to the roof beneath a
large skylight, creating a spacious interior environment filled with natural
daylight. Premium public areas, executive entrances, VIP drop-off zones,
high-quality finishes, and advanced building systems establish the headquarters
as one of Qatar's flagship commercial developments.
