Project Overview:
The Tiara Palm Dubai Hotel and Tiara Residences project was a prestigious development on the renowned Palm Jumeirah, combining residential luxury with top-tier hotel amenities. Completed over a 20-month period, the project featured seven 15-story buildings constructed in a unique V-shaped design, enhancing the visual appeal of this upscale beachfront community.

Project Features:

• Residences: Comprising 644 luxury apartments with options for 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, as well as spacious 4-bedroom penthouses. Each residence showcases premium finishes, expansive layouts, and breathtaking views of lush gardens, the beach, or the marina.
• Hotel: Includes 243 hotel rooms with state-of-the-art facilities such as a beach club house, modern business center, meeting rooms, and a fully equipped health club and gym.
• Amenities: A swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, volleyball court, BBQ area, and a children's play area enhance the lifestyle experience for residents and guests alike.

Apartment Details:

• 1-Bedroom Apartments: 1,296 - 1,582 sq. ft., featuring elegant marble flooring, built-in wardrobes, and spacious living areas.
• 2-Bedroom Apartments: 1,677 - 1,869 sq. ft., with terraces, attached bathrooms, and study rooms.
• 3-Bedroom Apartments: 2,266 - 2,386 sq. ft., including maid’s rooms, balconies, and study areas.
• 4-Bedroom Penthouses: 5,200 sq. ft., offering sea-facing terraces, luxurious marble finishes, and closed-style kitchens.

Key Achievements: As Head of Construction for fit-out works, I successfully:

• Managed strategic planning and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
• Led a team of 19 engineers and over 2,450 workers, ensuring high productivity and strict quality control.
• Chaired subcontractor meetings, maintained proactive oversight, and fostered operational efficiency.
• Delivered the project on schedule, exceeding client expectations with high-quality standards.
