Project Overview:
IPIC Headquarters, also known as IPIC Square, is a distinguished 37-floor tower standing 185 meters tall, situated in the heart of Abu Dhabi on Muroor Road. The project serves as the headquarters for the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) and is an iconic addition to the city's skyline. The all-concrete structure boasts a superior working environment, featuring advanced IT and communication facilities, conference and lecture halls, a restaurant, a café, a nursery, and a multi-story underground car park. The complex also includes a health club block with a gym, an outdoor pool, and a spa built to international standards.

Key Achievements: As the leader for the fit-out construction works, I directed the execution of high-quality fit-out activities across various spaces, including:

• Offices: Tailored for functional and ergonomic use, providing a refined workspace for IPIC’s global operations.
• Restaurants and Cafés: Designed to offer a welcoming environment with superior finishes.
• Nurseries and Health Clubs: Equipped to cater to employees' well-being, featuring state-of-the-art gyms and spas.
• Conference Facilities: Integrated with modern Arthur Holm monitors and motorized screens for enhanced functionality.

Responsibilities and Successes:

• Coordinated closely with AABAR Projects Management (Client Representative) to maintain on-time project progress and the selection of high-standard finishing materials.
• Managed and supervised the fit-out teams to meet stringent quality standards and deadlines.
• Ensured seamless integration of all fit-out elements with the building’s structure, aligning with IPIC’s vision for a premier office environment.

The project’s success lies in its meticulous attention to detail, quality execution, and strategic leadership that positioned IPIC Square as an exemplary office space in Abu Dhabi’s central business district.
