The Yas Viceroy Hotel in Abu Dhabi is an architectural Icon, known for its unique design that straddles the Formula 1 Yas Marina Circuit. The 85,000-square-meter hotel comprises 499 rooms and 75 suites, offering guests an unparalleled experience that blends luxury and high-energy ambiance. The hotel was completed in time for the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in November 2009, setting a new benchmark in hotel design and construction.

Key Achievements: As Head of Construction for fit-out works, I led the execution of this fast-track project by:

• Overseeing a multidisciplinary team and managing resource allocation to maintain project timelines.
• Implementing innovative construction techniques, including the use of pre-built bathroom units supported by steel structures, which were seamlessly integrated into standard rooms via external elevations.
• Completing the project one week ahead of schedule, without requiring an Extension of Time (EOT), showcasing our ability to deliver complex projects under tight deadlines.
