As a Senior Project Manager at UCC from 2012 to 2016, I led several key projects that showcase UCC’s commitment to quality and innovation. Notable among them is the Souq Najada and Souq Ahmad Tunnel project in Doha, which involved the construction of pedestrian tunnels beneath a busy urban area, overcoming significant engineering challenges such as aquifer management and complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services integration. Additionally, my role in the Najd Hotel renovation in Souq Waqif transformed an aged structure into a boutique hotel, preserving Qatari heritage while integrating modern luxury.
