During my time at Contraco W.L.L., I led critical fit-out projects, including the Amiri Diwan Annex, where I managed the fit-out and furnishing of nine-story buildings in Msheireb, Doha. With a total gross floor area of over 55,000 square meters and a contract value of QAR 165 million, this project was a testament to my ability to oversee the delivery of high-end construction projects with precision and attention to detail. My leadership ensured that all milestones were met, maintaining the highest standards of quality and functionality, while also collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
